​*A request addressed to the head of the Investment Services Sector.

*The original administrative decision printed out on the company letterhead, approved by the company manager, sealed by the company seal. It must also include at its bottom the acknowledgment stipulated in GAFI CEO Decree No. 480 of 2016.
*A recent (maximum 3 months old) official copy of the commercial registry.
*The company gazette or the investment gazette in accordance with the latest amendments and the company's article of association. 
*Service fees payment receipt.
*Background checks on the foreigners.
*In the event of opening a branch at Sinai Peninsula, the service application form as well as the required documents must be completed.
*In the event that the head office of the company is relocated at the same city, all the managers must sign on the decision.
*The deed of title of the branch requested to be opened with its date registered.
1-Ratification of administrative decisions EGP 400 per copy
2- Authentication of administrative decisions by the  Ministry of Foreign Affairs Office at the ISC EGP 400 per copy

​1. Select the service, take a number from the queue machine, and the appropriate person will review the documents.

2. Go to the window of the General Department for Legal Affairs of Corporations (General Meetings) , to review your application technically, and pay the service fees in cash at the cash desk.
3. Receive the administrative decision after having been ratified and sealed by the official seal of A.R.E .
