Law No.72 of 2017 authorizes the establishment of Investment Zones with varying sizes and activities (industrial, services, logistics, educational, tourism, and others) by a Cabinet decree, upon GAFI's recommendation. The developer or responsible entity must adhere to all conditions and requirements stipulated in the Law and its Executive Regulations.
