Post-incorporation Services
Investment Law No. 72 of 2017 stipulates that GAFI is committed to providing incorporation services, post-incorporation services, and ISC facilitations for companies subject to the provisions of this law. These services are also offered to Joint Stock Companies, Partnerships Limited by Shares, and Limited Liability Companies governed by Law No. 159 of 1981.

Land Allocation
Land is made available through public announcements and allocated via direct application procedures.
Publication in the Gazette
Publishing company contracts, articles of association, and certain special resolutions in the Investment Gazette.
Legal Services
Ratifying corporates’ general meetings and changing companies’ legal structure
Activity Commencement
Formation of committees to determine the commencement date of business activity
Technical Services
Such as issuing a recommendation to the Customs Authority, an import certificate for raw materials and production supplies, and approval for operation by a third party.
Obtaining Licenses
Issuing approvals, permits, and licenses through the digital licensing portal
Governmental Services
Recommendations of granting and renewing residency to foreigners and approving branches of foreign companies
