In support of the state's approach towards digital transformation and the development of the information infrastructure for investment services, the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) has launched the Digital Platform for Economic Performance Services. This unified platform provides specialized technical services in the following:

• Financial Restructuring
• Valuation
• Feasibility Studies and Investment Cost Measurements

This enables investors and the business community to submit and track applications electronically through a unified digital platform. The Financial Restructuring service will be offered as a first phase through the Digital Platform for Economic Performance Services (https://ep.gafi.gov.eg), alongside the usual paper-based application process. Applications will be accepted exclusively through the digital platform starting March 2026.
