Companies' incorporation is a cornerstone for economic growth and for attracting both domestic and foreign investment. Egypt, represented in GAFI, has made significant progress in this field; it has developed and modernized the companies and establishments incorporation system. Efforts have included numerous legislative and procedural reforms, such as the digitalization of services and the reduction of required documentation, with the aim of creating a more streamlined, transparent, and efficient investment environment.

The Investment Law No. 72 of 2017 stipulates that GAFI is committed to providing incorporation services, post-incorporation services, and ISC facilities for companies subject to the provisions of this law, as well as to the Joint Stock Companies, Partnerships Limited by Shares, and Limited Liability Companies governed by Law No. 159 of 1981.
