Electronic Incorporation Services

In September 2023, GAFI launched its Company e-Incorporation Service via a dedicated digital portal. In its first phase, incorporation of specific company types, including sole proprietorships, limited and general partnerships, and limited liability companies under the provisions of Investment Law No. 72 of 2017, is now conducted exclusively online.

To obtain electronic incorporation services, Please Register or Create a New Account on GAFI e-Services Portal or

Select the appropriate legal structure, review requirements, documents, fees, and service timeline, then begin the application process.
Complete company data, upload required documents, submit the application for review, and track its status online.
Pay all incorporation fees in one transaction using a credit card.
Sign the Articles and Memorandum of Association electronically through the portal.
Sign the notarization record electronically, as issued by the Real Estate Registration Office.
GAFI completes the remaining incorporation procedures on behalf of the client and delivers final documents via the Investor Service Center or Egypt Post.
