As part of GAFI's Investors Services Network (ISN), the investor's agent certification services aim at qualifying and certifying such professionals who work as a link between investors and GAFI. Throughout the services, the professionals will be prepared to apply for and providing all GAFI's services online without having to resort to any paper-based services, thus contributing to transforming GAFI into a digital authority. It is worth noting that, these services were created at GAFI based on conclusions contained in a study entitled: “GAFI's Digital Transformation Requirements: An Approach to Qualification and Certification”. These services will be provided by GAFI's Investors Agents Center (IAC), which is the executive body mandated to create the ISN. IAC's core mission is to qualify and certify professionals engaged in investment fields, after they successfully pass the qualifying programs.
